Pet Policy

Max of 2 pets allowed - Cats and Dogs

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $150 for the second pet (if applicable). The monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. There is a two pet max per home. All pets must weigh no more than 50 pounds each. 

The following breeds are NOT permitted: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies.
